Out of the 720 units only 60 have been allocated for the UK investor market. Completion of the Project is set for winter 2007/ Spring 2008. One of the advantages of this location is its easy accessibility. A bus stop is a two minute walk from the residential houses. You can get to the “Smichovske nadrazi” Metro stop – line B – by bus in 15 minutes. The city centre is only 15 minutes away by car. The ongoing construction of the new ring road around Zbraslav is also very important as it will reduce the journey time to the airport to about 15 minutes and improving the overall transport accessibility of Zbraslav itself.
There is a network of shops and services, a post office, schools and a kindergarten as well as banks all within the immediate area.
Historical Zbraslav was first founded back in 1115, and during the First Czechoslovak Republic (1918–1938) it was a very popular summer destination, because of the beautiful landscape and a good position for many cultural political and economic leaders. This popularity resulted in a dense residential development, including the “Otto Villa” built at the request of the famous publisher Jan Otto in 1912. There is also the possibility of pleasant walks along the inviting Vltava river banks with its pubs and restaurants and in the historical part of Zbraslav of course you have the Zbraslav castle and its parks. Zbraslav is a place where you will not only reside, but also live.
