Full Description

The Location

 The project is located in an area of rapid development, transforming it from an industrial zone into an attractive residential area. This transformation may remind of the significant change recently carried through another section of Prague, in the Zlatý Andìl Zone in Smíchov. Numerous cultural and sports facilities, including a recreation zone, will be created here as well.

The Rokytka River flows through at the northern edge of the site, offering surprising natural scenery and wonderful environment for walks. New multifunctional Sazka Arena is located in the vicinity. It will be surrounded by many sports facilities, offering more possibilities for active leisure. A business and administration complex "Green Island" will also be built here.

Traffic Connection

The traffic connection to city center is excellent. It is ensured by tram lines, buses and the metro from the nearby station of the "B" line Vysoèanská as well as by renovated railway station Prague - Libeò.

The Building

The project is located near the Podìbradská Street and it is divided into several building stages. A wide boulevard reminiscent of the wide streets of Paris will be created between the Podìbradská Street and the housing complex. A green belt will be created alongside the main street and behind it there will be a smaller, quiet communication destined mainly for parking. Moreover, the crucial parts of the housing complex will be shaded from the main street by another barrier building, interesting from an architectural viewpoint. It will offer commercial premises suitable for a number of possible types of use: restaurants, shops, relaxation center etc.

The residential buildings will be perpendicular to the Podìbradská Street. There will be six of them, some of them as high as 45 meters and they will offer magnificent views of Prague. Green gardens will take the inner block space; they will be closed and used only by the inhabitants of the complex. Rich greenery surrounding the buildings will create enjoyable and relaxing environment. Flats of all sizes will be offered for sale (from 1+kk up to 4+kk). Garages and parking spaces will be located in the basements.
