A new built residential complex situated in Prague-Zizkov surrounded by streets Pitterova, U Stadionu and Malešická and adjacent to Parukarka Park. The construction of 540 higher-standard flats including 6 hectares of private grounds containing a private park and a sports and wellness club. The project combines ten high-rise apartment buildings and villa houses situated on a gentle slope built in the shape of a horse-shoe around a private park. All buildings are linked together by an indoor corridor to ensure easy accessibility of the reception and all services.
13- to 15-storey high-rise buildings provide from one- to three-bedroom flats including a terrace extended along the whole length of the outer walls. The two highest floors offer penthouse apartments with a unique panoramic view of the Prague skyline. Two-floor villa houses embedded into an uphill offer a private entrance with a front garden, an own terrace, a garage and basement. The complex has been designed to conform to the nature and this idea is greatly supported by the premises' surrounding. One of the biggest advantages of the complex is its close neighbourhood to the large park Parukáøka and in addition to that a private park with a lake and children playgrounds has been created inside of the premises.
 All this enables the occupants to relax in the very centre of Prague as intensively as in the countryside outside of the capital. The construction itself is delivered by a General contractor and is divided into two closely overlapping phases. Bovis Lend Lease has been appointed to provide Project Management services both in the pre-construction and construction phases and is responsible mainly for:
- Construction coordination and organization providing Project Management services - Issuing tenders - Conceptual cost estimate, master schedule and document control - Construction management and control in accordance with the individual schedules - Health and safety management and control - Commissioning procedures coordination and control - Change order management, budget monitoring and cost control - Occupancy permit procedure
